Carrot and Pineapple Cake
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup grated carrot
1 tin, 440g crushed pineapple, drained
Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add sugar. Whisk oiland eggs together. Add to flour mixture. Blend in carrot and pineapple.
Bake at 180c for 30 minutes.
